Please be advised....

There WILL be pictures on this blog once we get home from gma and gpa's house. What kinda picture obsessed mom would I be if i didnt have copious amounts of pictures of DD and our fam on here! Just letting you know so you dont get discouraged and decide to not come back.

No other updates. OH but i will say that if this wind does not stop blowing, im going to shave my head. I dont think my hair has ever looked this bad. Not only is it bleached out and dry as a bone - it is now a lot like Bridget Jones hair when she and Hugh Grant take a ride in that convertible when they went on their mini break. I dont know if i'll ever get thru all the knots. I look like total crap.

Heres a fun update tho - we went to Happy Joes last night! Susan, eat your heart out!

  2. I don't know why they don't like the Bridget Jones/Hugh Grant references!! I thought it was appropriate....I saw her hair, mine looked similiar! The Pizza was pretty yummy even if Beana didn't think so.

So last weekend we were out at Andy's cabin in Green Lake, WI...on Saturday we went on this boat cruise and saw this big FANCY wedding going on...well, when the boat cruise was over, we went to this bar and grill called Norton's which is right on the lake. It has a huge white dock out in front which is right next to the patio. Anyhoo, the wedding party went there after the wedding to takes some pics and have a drink before the reception....so they were all standing out on the dock and the photographer was taking their pics....when a whole section of the dock collapsed and sent the bride, groom, and all the groomsmen into the lake!!! We missed the actual collapse by like 30 seconds...when we got there everyone was still in the water!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!?!?! The groom actually went COMPLETELY underwater...head and all... cause the water was at least 10ft deep. The bride's head didn't go under...which would have been even better. Anyhow, you can image what they all looked like afterwards. It was probably the highlight of my summer. Had it been my wedding, Norton's would now be called Carson's.
